The first day of the Help the Heroes Big Battlefields Bike Ride from Paris to London. The first day started at Les Invalides, Paris, with an appearance by the Duchess of Cornwall, and passsed through Nery, ending at Compiegne, with a wreath laying ceremony in the Forest of Compiegne where the First World War Armistice was signed.
