The start of the charity Help for Heroes six day Big Battlefields Bike ride from Paris to London, leaving Les Invalides following the launch by the Duchess of Cornwall. On the first day the cyclists passsed through Nery, and ended at Compiegne, with a wreath laying ceremony in the Forest of Compiegne where the First World War Armistice was signed. Tuesday 28th May 2013.
