Jeff Mills during the second day of Festival Paris Cinema 2012, held at the Forum des Images in Les Halles, Paris on Friday 29th June 2012. Jeff Mills was presenting his musical production set to the film Etudes sur Paris by André Sauvage. Jeff was born in Detroit in 1963 and is now an American techno DJ and producer, under the name The Wizard.
